According to Jay Hines with LCUB, there is single phase power down Pawnhook Farm Road and Blackburn Road along the property. Typically line extensions are done on a case by case basis. Any pole extension over 5 poles results in a 5 year minimum bill contract that is worked out between the owner and LCUB.
