Company. According to Mickey Barger with Watts Bar Utility, the
closest available water and sewer would be approximately 1/4 to 1/5
mile from the property. The water and sewer stop on Pawnhook Farm
Road at the creek. The water line is an 8" line and according to
Mickey Barger, the approximate cost to extend would be $12/ft. The
sewer line would have to be a forced main line extension and the
approximate cost to extend a 6" line would be $10/ft. Electric
- Provided by Lenoir City Utilities Board. According to Jay Hines
with LCUB, there is single phase power down Pawnhook Farm Road and
Blackburn Road along the property. Typically line extensions are
done on a case by case basis. He stated that usually to extend to a

of 250' between poles. Any pole extension over 5 poles results in a
